My name is Mihai Gușă, and I entered entrepreneurship after realizing that the traditional work model does not provide real control over your time, income, or decisions. I chose to build instead of execute. Not for "freedom" as a slogan, but for direct responsibility over my own results.
Since then, I have launched and coordinated multiple businesses across different fields and have worked with clients from several countries. The experience I gained does not come from theory, courses, or books, but from direct testing: ideas that were validated, projects that worked, and others that failed. Those failures were the most valuable because they forced me to understand what actually makes a business generate money in reality, not just on paper.
Over time, people started coming to me not for motivation, but for structure: how to choose a viable idea, how to verify demand, how to get the first clients, and how to obtain the first payment. I have helped numerous individuals launch their own businesses, and one thing became clear — most people do not need more information, but a clear and applicable process.

IdeaTurn is not a theoretical educational project. It is a practical system through which a person with no entrepreneurial experience can go from "I have an idea" to a validated business with real customers. The objective is not to turn someone into an "entrepreneur" as a label, but to get them to the first concrete result: the first accepted offer and the first sale.
I believe in entrepreneurship based on execution, validation, and responsibility. Ideas have no value until someone pays for them. A real business begins when the market confirms it, not when the initial enthusiasm appears.
